NMTAW Organizer
A member from each part of the state is needed to get other members involved in events during National Massage Therapy Awareness Week. You should be willing to: contact the press with information of upcoming events in your area, distribute printed information, collate reports, pictures and publicity from members after the events. Time commitment varies with more time needed in the late summer and early fall.
awards planner
One to two members to assist chair in planning the awards celebration. You must be able to be present and assist during event as well.
Awards Informant
Two members needed to gather information on individuals elected for awards. Assist chair in making award certificates, writing about award recipients and collating information for national.
Associate Webmaster/Web site content assitance
An individual to do simple content management updates and calendar maintenance.
Newsletter Volunteer
Individual who would like to help in putting the newsletter together. To include organizing information and advertise- ments, editing content and gathering advertisers. You must be proficient with a computer and have e-mail capabilities.
Membership Volunteer
Individuals who are interested in sharing how wonderful the Mass chapter is with students at your alma mater or a massage therapy school in your area are needed.
training and materials needed are provided for all positions. Gas mileage is reimbursable. Some positions will require you to be able to communicate via e-mail.
