What an absolute privilege it was to be selected as the Diane Polseno scholarship winner which allowed me to attend the AMTA national convention in Tampa. From the opening ceremony to the closing reception, I met inspirational therapists and learned valuable skills. I attended classes in back pain, a class that demonstrated amazing hands-on stretching techniques, and an interesting trauma-informed class.

I was generously invited to a chapter gathering where I met therapists from Massachusetts, South Dakota, and Vermont. I met many therapists at the closing reception, even Ruth Warner!

Thank you again to the AMTA Massachusetts Chapter for a wonderful first convention experience!
