The governing structure of the AMTA-MA Chapter is as follows.

Chapter Board | This is a group of volunteer, elected officers to fulfill the positions of President, 2 Board Members, Secretary and Financial Administrator. They act as a governing board to generate the higher-level thinking to move our profession forward in the state of Massachusetts.

Delegates  | This is a group of volunteer, elected representatives who review proposed Recommendations and Position Statements each year at the National Convention's Assembly of Delegates.

Committee Chairs | This is a group of volunteers who coordinate and delegate tasks to their assigned program volunteers.
