AMTA MA Chapter President Mary White is pleased to announce the first annual Student Scholarship Award.
Massage students living in Massachusetts and attending an accredited program may apply for the $1000 scholarship starting immediately, through April 6, 2012. Winner will be announced at the AMTA MA Chapter Annual Meeting on May 6, 2012 in Newton, MA.
The MA Chapter visited ten massage schools across the state in January and February, meeting and learning more about the needs of students. MA Chapter 3rd VP and Membership Chair Kelly Dalbec said, "We think giving a deserving student much-needed funds would be a great way to 'Kickstart' their career!"
Students may apply using this form, which must be received by the AMTA MA Chapter by 5pm on April 6, 2012.
